Terms and Conditions of Service
Master Clean Solutions Ltd – Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Master Clean Solutions Ltd.
- “Client” refers to the individual, business, or organization entering into this agreement with the Company for cleaning services.
- “Services” refers to all cleaning services provided by the Company, including but not limited to End of Tenancy Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Domestic Cleaning, and any additional services agreed upon in writing.
- “Premises” refers to the property or location where cleaning services will be performed.
2. Services Provided
- The Company offers a comprehensive range of cleaning services, including but not limited to Commercial Cleaning, End of Tenancy Cleaning, Domestic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Clinic and Veterinary Cleaning, and After-Party Cleaning.
- All services will be provided according to the agreed scope of work as detailed in the Service Agreement.
- The Company will supply all necessary cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Client. An eco-friendly disposal fee may also apply.
3. Service Agreement
- The scope of work, cleaning schedule, and charges for services will be detailed in a Service Agreement signed by both the Client and the Company.
- Any additional services, changes to the scope, or special requests must be communicated in writing and may incur additional charges.
4. Access to Premises
- The Client is responsible for ensuring the Company has access to the Premises at the scheduled time.
- If access is delayed by more than 30 minutes from the agreed start time, the Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. A cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
- The Client must ensure the Premises are safe and accessible for the Company’s personnel.
- Access to the property will be strictly prohibited during the cleaning process to ensure health and safety compliance.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning service. Late cancellations will incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
- If the Client reschedules less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee equivalent to 15% of the total service cost may apply.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for one-time cleaning services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For commercial contracts, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may incur a 10% late fee. The Client will also be liable for any legal fees or collection costs associated with recovering overdue amounts.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as listed in the Service Agreement.
- Charges will apply for same-day service, emergency calls, and after-hours services.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- For End of Tenancy Cleaning, the Company offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If the Client or their landlord is not satisfied with the service, the Company will re-clean the area free of charge if notified within 24 hours of the initial cleaning.
- Commercial and routine cleaning services will be performed to industry standards. Any complaints must be raised within 48 hours for resolution.
8. Liability
- The Company holds Public Liability Insurance up to £2 million.
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the cleaning services unless caused by the Company’s negligence.
- The Client must inform the Company of any pre-existing damage or fragile items before cleaning commences. The Company will not be liable for damage to items that are worn, improperly maintained, or previously damaged.
9. Damage and Breakage
- Any accidental damage or breakage caused by the Company’s cleaners must be reported immediately by the Client.
- The Company will repair or compensate for any damages caused by its staff, provided that the damage is reported within 24 hours of the clean and is directly attributable to the Company’s personnel.
- The Company is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty equipment, or normal wear and tear.
10. Health and Safety
- The Company complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- The Client must inform the Company of any potential health or safety hazards on the Premises before services commence.
- Cleaners will not be required to clean hazardous areas or handle toxic substances unless properly trained and equipped to do so.
11. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must ensure all valuable or fragile items are safely stored or removed from areas where cleaning is to take place.
- The Client is responsible for providing accurate details about the size, condition, and access to the property for cleaning.
- If the cleaning service involves pets, the Client is responsible for ensuring they are secured or removed from the areas to be cleaned.
12. Termination
- Either party may terminate the Service Agreement for ongoing commercial contracts with 30 days’ written notice.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or the discovery of illegal activity at the Premises.
13. Confidentiality
- The Company agrees to keep all confidential information obtained during the course of services strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
14. Force Majeure
- The Company will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.
15. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/State], and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
